Fixes for the most common snags.

The hotkey does nothing

Make sure GrammarGem is enabled in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, and that some text is actually selected. If another app uses the same shortcut, change yours in Settings → General.

AI features say the model isn’t ready

Open Settings → Model and finish the one-time download. Grammar and spelling work without it; rewrites and Ask need the model.

A correction replaced the wrong text

In apps without full Accessibility support, GrammarGem uses a clipboard fallback. Re-select your text and try again; it restores your previous clipboard afterward.
