Your license

A purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use GrammarGem on the number of Macs included in your plan (Solo 1, Personal 2, Studio 4, Startup License 10). The license includes updates. It is for your own use and may not be resold.

One-time purchase

GrammarGem is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You will not be charged on a recurring basis for the plan you buy.

Open source

The application’s source code is published under the MIT License. Those open-source terms apply to the code; these Terms apply to the official signed builds, brand, and license you purchase from us.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use GrammarGem for unlawful purposes.
• Don’t misrepresent the official builds as your own product.
• Don’t attempt to abuse the licensing system to exceed your device limit.

Disclaimer & liability

GrammarGem is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderGem LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
